As our system restoration process continues, we’ve confirmed that no customer data was accessed or transferred during last month’s cybersecurity incident. However, this incident has affected all AF Group brands.
Our restoration process has begun in earnest and over the next several weeks, we’ll bring our systems online using a careful and sequenced approach. Once complete, our new digital environment will be modernized with updated technology to further enhance the security of customer information and data.

To report a claim, please call 1-866-206-5851 or email completed First Report of Injury documents and attachments to ClaimsExpress@accidentfund.com. For customers enrolled in TeleCompCare (TCC), those claim reporting channels have not been disrupted and claims can continue being submitted through TCC.
