Clear the Path

Lots of cutscenes! Good stuff. Fight a few of the Yiga Clan enemies nearby, then two Yiga Blademaster will appear. Defeat them and the Baby Guardian will activate a normal Guardian to clear the bridge of any junk.

Korok Seed Location: At the starting area, enter the nearby research building and look for a pinwheel Korok next to the strange blue device.

Head for Akkala Citadel.

Run through the bridge and enter the first outpost on the right. Capture it, then fight around the area a Zelda chats with your other character. Looks like the Baby Guardian isn't fully powered so activate the blue ancient furnace inside the outpost you just captured to give it the strength to blow up the debris blocking the next bridge.

Defeat the Yiga Blademaster on the bridge and walk up to find the gate closed. In order to open it, you'll have to activate the Guardian on the other side. To do this, you'll have to power up four more ancient furnaces scattered about the map. Send a character to the two bottom waypoints while you focus on the two at the top.

Korok Seed Location: Start running towards the top right corner of the map. After you pass the wooden exit of the outpost, look for a Korok flower on your right.

Korok Seed Location: In the bottom right corner of the map, walk over to the grassy area with the autumn colored trees in the northern section to find a tree stump.

Inside the Citadel

Once all ancient furnaces have been activated and one of your characters run up to the gate, the Guardian will awaken and scare off the Yiga Clan inside the room, leaving the gate open. Inside, go right to find a Korok.

Korok Seed Location: From the inside of the Akkala Citadel, walk out in the courtyard and nab the pinwheel Korok from within the cannons.

From the entrance room of the citadel, go down the corridor on the left and you'll find a room with Sooga inside. Take about a fourth of his health and he'll vanish and disappear into a different part of the citadel. Go upstairs, collect the Korok, and fight the Blue Lynel in the next room. This fight is just like the Lynel fights before it, just be aware a blue version of an enemy means they are stronger and have more health.

Korok Seed Location: After fighting Sooga for the first time, go up the wooden steps and find the Korok by interacting with the glowing light on the floor.

Continue going to each room through the hallways and the next outpost will have you fight a normal Lizalfos. Quite the downgrade in terms of enemy difficulty. The third outpost you go to will be full of Yiga Clan members. Fight them to have Sooga appear, then cut his health down to a third and he'll vanish again.

A hallway that leads to the round room used to have a locked gate but is now open. Head inside to find Sooga, along with another Yiga Blademaster. Finish them off and the mission will end!

And now we move onto Destroy the Yiga Clan!.
