He already has in the newest chapter of the manga. It’s not MUI but it’s regular base UI, it’s even revealed UI is enhanced when used with a SSJ form
Ultra Instinct (As a technique) can be added to various Super Saiyan forms, such as SSG and SSB. But Ultra Instinct (As a transformation, similar to what we saw in the T.O.P) can not. The Omen Version and Mastered Version have been named as Goku's limit breaks, meaning they're now just advanced forms of god transformations, and now just Goku breaking his limits. Mastered Ultra Instinct can not be stacked, and neither can omen. But Ultra Instinct in Base Form CAN be stacked, because it just uses the autonomous part and not the power. You can then stack it with a Super Saiyan form, and the closer in power to Goku's Limit Break form he comes, the more accurate it becomes, not too unlike MUI was. So in a way, what Goku is doing now is the same, but weaker and slower than MUI. This is why I chose no. Because the question you are asking is not if the technique can be stacked, but if the power up can be stacked. And the answer to that so far is no. And logically, it shouldn't be able to either.

What king kai said is true, only the instinctive reaction part can be stacked on top of transformations, but it's not as accurate and as insane as in UI itself, which is also the strongest power boost Goku has.
Goku will. 100% he will unlock Grand Priest Ultra Instinct Super Saiyan 20 Kaioken x100000 and kill Beerus or something.
