Freezing and reheating sticky toffee pudings (1)

Asked on 23 Dec 2023 by Paulajh

hi just made the little sticky toffee puddings. Look great very light. I have always made these on the day but need to freeze them.. I see that this is OK. But there is little advice on how to reheat and whether it affects them at all? Please can you advise on both these. It would be a real shame if they are not as good our ruined in reheat. Also the sauce..the soft brown sugar is this light or dark please ?

Hello,

Just defrost the frozen puddings and heat as per the recipe.

I’d keep them covered and defrost overnight.

You can you either light or dark brown sugar but the sauce in the photo was most likely made with light brown sugar.

Kind regards

Lindsey
