2. Turn on Auto Optimization via Settings > Battery and device care > Auto optimization > Restart when needed. This will simultaneously close background apps and clean up memory, which can fix malware problems and battery issues.

   If you don't see that option, see if Quick Optimization is available here: Settings > Device care > Optimize now.

   This feature won't be visible if Device care already thinks your tablet is in great condition.
