KSwiss Ultrashot 3 White/Peacoat Men's Shoes (2024)

Comments: Terrible quality control on these. I have had two pairs, and both had the lower lace loops come apart so that you can't tighten the bottom of the shoe. To make matters worse, K-Swiss has been backordered since end of March, so I haven't had any shoes to wear for 5 months.

Comments: I've been wearing the past two iterations of the Ultrashot shoe and liking them. The Ultrashot 3 was an expensive disappointment, however. The right shoe collar was irritating my ankle and the shoes were a tad too wide (my feet are a medium width). I added an insole which took up enough space that the irritation went away; however, I gradually developed a painful corn (this is the first time I've had a corn). So, only 3 months into wearing this shoe, I bought a pair of Asics Speed Solution FF's.

Comments: I previously used the Ultrashot 2, which was really nice. I have fairly wide feet, and KSwiss is really good for my feet. The Ultrashot 3 would be perfect if it wasn't for the really thin and narrow tongue.I have now played 6 hours and where the top lace is, it is really uncomfortable. I had to loosen the laces a lot which makes it less than ideal with regards to stability. I compared the tongue of the Ultrashot 2, and the Ultrashot 3 clearly has a far more narrow and thinner tongue. Big mistake. I wish I hadn't bought it. Maybe it needs 15 hours break in, but it really seems like a design fault. Perhaps they did it to save a few grams in weight, but they really messed this one up. Very strange, as for sure the shoe must had been tested countless of hours before being production ready. It is really visible as well as the laptop two lace holes is the problem. The narrow tongue means that the laces press directly onto the foot and the tongue gives no protection at all.

Comments: I am 6' 200 lbs and like top quality tennis shoes for every day wear. What grabbed my attention is that TW review said these might be a little wide. I wear a size 13 and the Ultrashot 3 is a little wider with more room in the toe box. I like the way the shoe fits and I wear a more heavier athletic sock. The Ultrashot 3 is the MOST comfortable and fit my feet to a tee, besides being attractive. I have both in white and dark gray. If they came out in a light blue, I would buy that too!

Comments: I find these run a little big, but it depends on the fit you like and foot shape. Close in fit to me as the new Nike Vapor Cage, which is known to run a little big. Anyway, lot of good things about the shoes. I feel like the cushioning is a little squishy and maybe ends up being a little too soft. The shoes don't breathe that well either, it's something the video comments on. The shoes fit a little high around the ankle too. But I like the shoes otherwise. Maybe I can look past the breathability and love them. Solid shoes with minor drawbacks. But if you're a lighter weight player, you might be fine in this cushioning. I'm around 185 and 6'2". It's kind of at the limit, but not unbearably.

Comments: Switched from the Ultrashot 2. Found the Ultrashot 2 shoes to be nice out of the box, but quickly lacked support. The Ultrashot 3 shoes take a bit of time to break in and are stiffer out of the box, actually hurt for awhile, bounced back and forth with old shoes. Then one day about five days wearing in. They were perfect. Much more stable than the Ultrashot 2 shoes and better overall fit, and seems like the overall support will hold up as the sole wears versus having soles with completely compressed foam underfoot. Worth the break-in time.

Comments: These shoes felt stiff when I first put them on, but once I started moving around in them, wow these are plush! I live in my tennis shoes so they aren't just for on court for me, but also for work at a club and socializing so I've really been loving KSwiss recently, the designs look good enough for both the tennis club and the pub!

Comments: Used to wear adidas, but they've really blown it with their releases the past couple of seasons, nothing in their newer lineup compares to the previous Barricades. Switched to these as I wore KSwiss many years ago and loved the comfort. These new Ultrashots are incredible. I highly recommend, especially if you were a fan of the older Barricades.

Comments: Bought almost on the arrival in stock day. Absolutely love the cosmetics. I wear adidas US 14 or 49 1/3, but these just don't even feel close to that size. KSwiss has always been a shoe brand I've desired, but have been skeptical moving from my go-to adidas as not many companies go that big. Maybe I need to return to the SoleCourt Bounce. Gutted because these look perfect. Sorry, but for me they are too small and I would need a half size or maybe full size bigger.
