This roster comes from someone on the CFBR Discord. I'm not the creator of this roster, but wanted to provide some added visibility to it, as I really like the work he's done, and know that not everyone on OS has CFBR or is active on the Discord channel.

Uniforms and Equipment
Team's equipment has been adjusted to match the majority of their jerseys, some teams sleeve colors have been changed to accurately match their jersey. This aspect is most capatbile with CFBR
Two PS3 rosters are available based on the desired accessory color for Oregon: Volt Yellow and Kelly Green

Roster Updates every 1-2 weeks, to keep up with transfers and impact players during the season. I recommend subscribing to the discord to follow this more closely, but I will post updates when I can
Coach levels and skill trees will be updated in the next release. Correct year of eligibility for Non-Power 5 (currently just progressed 1 year from last year's roster. P5 should be 100% on this front)
Once freshmen get on campus, numbers will be solidified. Right now, any freshman not on campus wear #99, as a placeholder

Awesome roster thanks for the hard work. Starting a new dynasty with it. A specific question but any reason Trent Whittemore was left off the Gators WR corps in the roster?
The NCAA has introduced a more flexible roster cap, allowing programs to carry up to 105 players, including non-scholarship walk-ons. This is an increase from the previous limit of 85 scholarship players.
Right now, schools are allowed up to 120 players on their roster during the season with no limit in the offseason during times like spring practice. FBS programs are allowed 85 football scholarships and as many walk ons behind them as they'd like to fill out the roster.
As an example, college football will now have a roster limit of 105 with the equivalent number of scholarships available – an increase of 20 on the previous limit.
To give you a better idea of the size and how these college divisions compare, about 190,000 student-athletes compete at the Division 1 level. More than 130,500 student-athletes compete in Division 2 and Division 3, with just over 119,000 student-athletes on its various rosters. And that's just the NCAA divisions.
However, NCAA Football 25 will only be available for PlayStation 5 and X-Box Series X|S. To those who wonder, the new NCAA Football 25 videogame from EA Sports is out on Friday, July 19 worldwide.
Sports Illustrated reported last month that SEC teams, including new members Oklahoma and Texas, averaged 121 players on their rosters in 2023. Alabama (137) had the most, while Missouri (105) had the fewest.
It's important to remember that just because a college team can have 125 players on its active roster does not mean that every team has that many active players. Most college teams limit themselves to between 60 and 70 active players, with a very long list of prospects working to make the team.
Current rules limit teams to 120 roster spots during the football season. There are no limits currently on how many players can be on a team's roster during spring practice or other parts of the offseason.
Rosters also do not need to cut their rosters down to any particular number prior to the start of the season. College football does not have a preseason, there is no need to force players onto the field before they are ready. College football teams can have active rosters that have up to 125 active players on them.
