HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
1 - THIGHLENGTH
Place the measuring tape at your waist line and drop it down your leg.
take the measurement just above the knee.
2 - WAIST SIZE
Take the measurements around your waist line, just above your hips. do not overtighten the tape measure.
Now that you have measured yourself, choose the size of your item using the table below.

BETWEEN TWO SIZES?
If you are between two sizes, favor the waist measurement as a reference point: a perfectly fitting waistband is essential.
If your measurement corresponds to the upper range value of the size, choose the larger size for less support and wider shorts,
or the recommended size for optimal support.
Example:
if your waist size is 81cm / 31.9 inches, the recommended size is xs
