Slated for Upgrades is one of the 76 Side Quests in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is started by speaking to Purah at the Hateno Ancient Tech Lab in the Hateno Region.

After completing the first part of the main story quest, "A Mystery in the Depths," talk to Robbie to fix his Hot-air balloon. Afterward, he'll get out of Lookout Landing and return to his lab in Hateno Village. From that point on, talk to Robbie so he can install upgrades to your Purah Pad.
