Hollandaise Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
