The Athlete of the Week voting occurs each week during high school sports competition and recognizes athletes across all sports.

Athletes were nominated over the past week for the vote starting Monday, Oct. 4. You can nominate athletes for this coming week's performancesfor the vote that beginsnext Monday, Oct. 11.

Please do not email your votes; they will not count. Nominations and votes are not the same things.

Athletes are on this week's ballotbased on information made available to The Dispatch,and nominations made over the past week.

Once athletes win during the regular season, they're not eligible to be back on the ballot until the postseason. If athletes haven't won in the regular season, they can be nominated more than once.

Lesley Andoh, Dublin Scioto football:Had six receptions for 204 yards and three touchdowns in a 71-0 win over Franklin Heights.

Brayden Bayles, Heath football: Completed 11 of 17 passes for 193 yards and six touchdowns in a 63-7 win over Utica.

MJ Book, West Jefferson football: Had 204 yards and three touchdowns on nine receptions in a 42-28 win over West Liberty Salem.

Tyler Buescher, West Jefferson football: Passed for 317 yards and four touchdownsin a 42-28 win over West Liberty Salem.

JJ Calip, Worthington Kilbourne football: Ran for 114 yards and two touchdowns in 56-28 loss to Big Walnut.

Sam Cannon, Upper Arlington football: Caught eight passes for 133 yards and two touchdowns in a 41-24 win over Olentangy Liberty.

Evan French, Canal Winchester soccer: Had a hat trick in a 3-2 win over Westerville Central and scored two goals in a 4-2 win over Grove City.

Tito Glass, Marion-Franklin football: Ran for 107 yards and a touchdown in a 31-0 win over Walnut Ridge.

Dawaun Green, Pickerington North football: Had 165 yards rushing and two touchdowns in a 20-7 win over Westland.

Jack Gregory, Centerburg football: Completed 18 of 30 passes for 316 yards and four touchdowns TD in a 49-14 win over Mount Gilead.

Carson Gresock, Upper Arlington football: Ran for 180 yards and two touchdowns in a 41-24 win over Olentangy Liberty

Salyer Hayden, West Jefferson football: Ran for 161 yards and two touchdowns and caught a TD pass in a 42-28 win over West Liberty Salem.

Jarel Heard, Dublin Coffman football: Rushed for 189 yards and a touchdown in a 34-28 win over Olentangy Orange.

Amare Jenkins, Dublin Scioto football: Passed for 352 yards and six touchdowns in a 71-0 win over Franklin Heights.

Dijon Jennings, Reynoldsburg football: Threw for 204 yards and five touchdown passes in a 62-0 win over Newark.

Danny Leeper, Olentangy soccer: Scored three goals in the span of four minutes on Tuesday to bring his team-leading goal total to 10 on the year.

Daylan LeMaster, Centerburg football: Ran for 123 yards and two touchdowns, caught two passes for 21 yards and a TD and returned a fumble for a TD in a 49-14 win over Mount Gilead.

Ajay Locke, Lancaster football: Ran for 144 yards and three touchdowns in a 30-14 win over Groveport.

JD Miller, Northridge football: Rushed for 335 yards on 26 carries and scoredseven touchdownin a 55-7 win over Lakewood.

Jake Nier, Big Walnut football: Completed 12 of 14 passes for 173 yards and five touchdowns in 56-28 win over Worthington Kilbourne.

Nickey Pantello, Big Walnut football: Had 8 receptions for 126 yards and two touchdowns in 56-28 win over Worthington Kilbourne.

Emma Rindfuss, Delaware Christian volleyball: Had 86 digs, 49 receptions, 5 aces and 7 assists in wins over Worthington Christian, Liberty Christian and Northside twice.

Andre Robinson, Olentangy Orange football: Had 10 receptions for 98 yards in 34-28 loss to Dublin Coffman.

Michael Robinson, Groveport football: Ran for 167 yards and two touchdowns in 30-14 loss to Lancaster.

Nasir Robinson, Lancaster football: Had 132 rushing yards and a 90-yard kick return for a score in a 30-14 win over Groveport.

Alec Rothe, Dublin Scioto volleyball: Had 46 kills, a .463 hitting percentage, 15 digs, 6 aces and 3 blocks in victories over Westerville South and Canal Winchester.

Nate Severs, Big Walnut football: Had 170 yards and a touchdown rushing and caught a TD pass in 56-28 win over Worthington Kilbourne.

Liston Shroyer, Watkins Memorial football: Passed for 204 yards and two touchdowns in a 21-6 win over Licking Valley.

Caroline Speelman, Big Walnut volleyball: Less than two weeks after breaking the school record for kills in a career with 947, she became the first player in school history to reach 1,000 kills.

Jake Werling, Olentangy Orange football: Ran for 142 yards rushing and three touchdowns and passed for 174 yards and a TD in 34-28 loss to Dublin Coffman.
